Expedited shipping (DHL/EMS) :
go to “order info” -->click” order number”, turn to the detail page-->click “delivery tracking”, you can check shipping status of your orders.
Tracking information may be available 1~2 business days after shipment is sent from South Korea.

Economy shipping (K-Packet ):
-We send all Air Small Packets through 'K-Packet'.
-Only partial tracking available.
-First phase of tracking shows the course of delivery until the Korean Incheon departing airport. Second phase of tracking shows whether the parcel was delivered or not.
-Several countries do not provide notice of successful/unsuccessful delivery.
